United Training and Employment Center, Inc. (UTEC) is a 501(c)(3) organization that has yet to be funded. Clayton Roberts, a USAF Korean war veteran is the organization’s president, founder and architect of a ’New and Improved System of Service’ that once implemented is sure to be the  most profound and effective approach   to wage war  on ‘The Crime Rate Rise’ in America.  The UTEC common sense approach will ‘Replace Guns and Drugs with ‘Job Skills Training’ and ‘JOBS‘.  In addition, the accelerated ‘black on black’ crime in America will be immediately impacted.

UTEC is a Career Development, School Referral and Job Placement Agency. Our mission is to make job skills training and job placement available to vulnerable populations within the Washington/Maryland/Virginia area. Senior Citizens, TANF recipients, Department of Corrections (parole/probation), and those discharges from the military will all benefit from this ‘system of service‘. Also invigorated will be constituents within the so-called working poor demographic who are falling off the unemployment compensation rolls.

UTEC represents the revitalization of job training programs that prepare people for careers in emerging industries.  Employment enables individuals to improve their economic stability, and offers a powerful alternative to criminal activity. Too many families have suffered from criminal activity, and we must do more to make our neighborhoods safe places to live and work’.

We must create opportunities for at-risk populations to help them resist turning to crime.  To keep children involved in constructive activities, improve their academic achievement, and prevent them from joining gangs. We have seen the devastating effects gun violence has on our American families, and we join countless others in grieving for all those whose lives have been taken too soon by gun violence.

UTEC is a Career Development, School Referral and Job Placement Agency. Our mission is to make job skills training and job placement available to vulnerable populations within the Washington/Maryland/Virginia (DMV) area. Its all about a ‘New and Improved System of Service’ to create ‘Job Skills Training’ and ‘Job Placement’ to prevent Black on Black crimes, as well as people being discharged from the U.S. Armed Forces and the prison system. (including parole and probation).  The website also shows how this same ‘New and Improved System of Service’ is applicable to Senior Citizens, Human Services, and Crime (in general) as well as those discharged from the U.S. Armed Forces. Upon your visit to the website, you are promised to find countless reasons to be involved with the implementation of the UTEC common sense approach to reduce crime.  Your participation enhances the likelihood that this concept will be replicated in other jurisdictions nationwide.
